November 28, 2021: Under Bijanbari block, Relling Gram Panchyat is formed in the active initiative of Shri Mandal Rai, Joint Secretary Bijanbari block. The Gram Panchayat is created with the support of representatives of Sakhas who existed within the Gram panchayat areas. The president, Secretary, and Treasurer of Rolling Gram Panchayat were unanimously elected as Shri I B Rai, Shri Samir Rai, Shri Diwas Chamling Rai respectively.
