November 20, 2021: Second Central Committee meeting was held at Khambu Rai Development Board office. The meeting was important to pass various Resolutions in favour of Central committee. Following the formation of KKRSS Central committee, it was decided that any decision of KKRSS should be unanimous.
The meeting was presided over by Col. J. D. Rai and unanimously decided to pass 14 Resolutions as presented by Central Committee. The 14 Resolutions are as follows:
