February 25, 2023: Khalilung Diwas was observed at Khalilung, Labda, Mangpoo by the KKRSS Khalilung conservation committee. Khalilung is a sacred and heritage site of the Khambu Rai people; it has its own history concerning the people of the hills and the Khambu Rai people. Khali means foot, and Lung is stone, making FootStone in the Khambu Byeing language.
On February 25, 2023, Puja had been performed at the site since the morning by Mangpa. Following which, a trial archery competition was held at the open ground near Khalilung.
