June 11, 2023: On June 11, 2023, Sunday, Environment Day was observed under the initiative of the Central Committee, KKRSS. On this occasion, many tree saplings like Rodhodendron, Katus, etc. were planted in the Mahakal Mangkhim compound. KKRSS is regularly practising the Tree plantation programme on World Environment Day, as Khambu Rai is by default the nature worshipper community.
Members of Bhotebusti Sakha and Tungsung Sakha participated mainly in this tree planting programme today. Tea and snacks were sponsored by Bhotebusty Sakha.
